Build Shoulder and Core Strength and Stability – The Deluxe 4KOR Resistance Cord Strength System is designed to be a convenient system to improve shoulder and core strength and stability. This system includes 5 different resistance levels (7lbs, 12lbs,17lbs, 22lbs, and 30lbs), with 2 cords per resistance level, for a total of 10 resistance cords. System also includes 2 handles, 2 foot straps, 2 door strap anchors, 2 power rack straps, 2 exercise charts, and a carrying bag.
Improve Upper Body and Core Performance – This system includes 2 exercise charts that were developed with Dr. Teddy Willsey DPT. 1 double sided exercise chart includes carefully selected shoulder training exercises while the other double sided exercise chart includes carefully selected core training exercises. These exercises are designed not only to help improve strength and stability, but sports performance as well.
Stackable Resistance – The pair of interchangeable handles allows for 88lbs of stackable resistance. This deluxe set of resistance cords have been rigorously tested to ensure they are able to withstand thousands of repetitions. Each resistance tube is wrapped in a high strength protective sleeve that protects the cord from the sun, over-stretching, and injury in case the band snaps during use.
